Janice Wade has been actively engaged in the real estate sales industry since 1995.  Effective 2005, she is a partner in KJ Wade Limited Partnership and provides real estate appraisal and consulting services to numerous financial institutions, prospective home buyers, home owners, and other consulting firms.  

In 2001, she began her training as a real estate appraiser has conducted valuations for various financial institutions, real estate developers, real estate investors, attorneys, and individuals.  Property types most regularly analyzed include unimproved land, single-family residences, condominiums, and 1-4 family properties.

 

Janice is a graduate of Sherman High School in Sherman, Texas and attended Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma and Grayson County College in Denison, Texas.  The following real estate and appraisal courses have been completed:
