Experience

Keith Wade has been actively engaged in real estate and timber valuation since 1994. As president of Wade Consulting Services, he provides timber valuation and consulting services to numerous timber companies, financial institutions, and other consulting firms.

In 1999, he began his real estate appraisal career with TBH Appraisal, Inc. in Buffalo, Wyoming performing appraisals on various types of properties including large farms and ranches, recreational properties, and commercial properties. 

During 2003 to 2004, Keith worked with Michael S. Cook & Associates, Inc. and conducted appraisals on residential properties, unimproved land, apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial properties, and other types of commercial property. 

Mr. Wade has conducted valuations for numerous financial institutions, real estate developers, real estate investors, attorneys, and individuals.  Property types regularly analyzed include timberland, unimproved land, residential and commercial subdivisions, single-family residences, condominiums, 1-4 family properties, multi-family apartment complexes, single-user office buildings, multi-user office buildings, single-user retail facilities, neighborhood shopping centers, and light manufacturing or industrial facilities. 

Education

Keith Wade is a graduate of Norman High School in Norman, Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma in 1994.  Mr. Wade has also completed the following real estate appraisal courses.
